摘要

目的:了解电刺激-生物反馈治疗产后轻中度盆腔脏器脱垂(POP)的疗效。方法:收治产后轻中度POP产妇168例,行电刺激-生物反馈治疗10～15次,观察效果。结果:总有效率94.05%;治疗15次比治疗10次效果好。结论:产后轻中度POP的产妇进行电刺激-生物反馈治疗10～15次的疗效确切。
        Objective:To investigate the effect of electrical stimulation and biofeedback in the treatment of mild to moderate postpartum pelvic organ prolapse(POP).Methods:168 cases of postpartum mild to moderate POP were treated with electrical stimulation-biofeedback therapy for 10～15 times,and the effect was observed.Result:The total effective rate was 94.05%.The effect of 15 times treatments was better than that of 10 times treatments.Conclusion:Electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy for postpartum women with mild to moderate POP is effective for 10 to 15 times.
