穴位点揉配合运动治疗对颈型颈椎病疼痛改善的近期效应分析

目的:对在颈型颈椎病的临床治疗中穴位点揉配合运动治疗对患者疼痛改善的近期效应进行分析,以期为进一步改善患者预后提供参考。方法:对于2016年8月-2017年8月期间我院收治的68例颈型颈椎病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将患者资料按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组(32例)与观察组(36例),对照组采用常规推拿法治疗,观察组采用穴位点揉配合运动治疗,对两种治疗方法下患者颈部疼痛的改善情况进行对比观察。结果:经过1个疗程的治疗,与对照组相比,视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Score,VAS)评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);连续治疗2个疗程后,两组VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组颈椎病临床评价量表(Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis,CASCS)得分比较差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后两组量表得分均明显增加(P <0.05),且同时期的两组相比,观察组得分显著较高(P<0.05)。结论:在颈型颈椎病的临床治疗中联合运用穴位点揉与运动有效改善患者颈肩部疼痛的情况,改善预后,值得推广。
Objective: To analyze recent efficacy of massage plus motortherapy on cervical cervical spondylosis. Methods: 68 cases were divided into two groups. 32 cases in the control group was given conventional treatment; and 36 cases in the observation group was given massage plus motortherapy. Results: After 1 course of treatment, the difference of VAS scores between groups was no statistically significant(P>0.05). After 2 courses of treatment, the difference of VAS scores between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of CASCS scale between groups(P>0.05); after treatment, the scores in two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05); and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Massage plus motortherapy on cervical cervical spondylosis can effectively improve pain and prognosis, and is worth promoting.
