摘要
介绍了深圳市深业上城塔1#楼巨型钢混凝土框架柱外围非标准层的单片爬模施工工艺。由于塔楼巨柱截面大、施工难度高,故在爬模爬升过程中,在水平结构楼板无法附着的情况下,采取在楼层之间增加措施钢柱,以作为组合附着式液压爬模非标准层水平结构楼板之间附着点的方法,加强了该类型爬模爬升的灵活性及实用性。
        The monolithic climbing formwork construction technology for the outer non-standard floor of the giant steel reinforced concrete frame columns on the 1# building of Shenye Shangcheng Tower in Shenzhen City is introduced.Because of the large cross section and high construction difficulty of the giant column of the tower, in the climbing process of climbing formwork, when the floor of horizontal structure can not be attached, some steel columns between the floors are used to serve as the attachment point between the floors of non-standard horizontal structure for the combined attachment-type hydraulic climbing formwork, which enhances the flexibility and practicability of climbing formwork of this type.
