老年人血栓性疾病的防治——依据《中国血栓性疾病防治指南(2018年)》的临床指导

摘要
老年人群由于衰老而出现生活行为方式改变、机体病理生理变化,是血栓性疾病的高危人群。血栓性疾病可分为动脉血栓性疾病和静脉血栓性疾病,本文结合《中国血栓性疾病防治指南(2018年)》重点阐述老年人群血栓性疾病的诊治策略。
The elderly are the high-risk group of thrombotic diseases,because of aging-induced changes in lifestyle and pathophysiology of the body. Thrombotic diseases can be divided into arterial thrombotic diseases and venous thrombotic diseases. This article focuses on the diagnosis and treatment strategies of thrombotic diseases in the elderly population in conjunction with the " Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Thrombotic Diseases in China( 2018) ".
