纳洛酮在新生儿窒息治疗中的辅助作用分析

摘要
目的分析在新生儿窒息治疗中纳洛酮辅助作用的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年12月期间我科收治的48例新生儿窒息患儿为研究对象,抽签法分为对照组(24例,常频通气治疗)和研究组(24例,常频通气辅助纳洛酮治疗),比较临床总有效率、治疗前后症状改善时间。结果研究组患儿总有效率为91.67%比对照组66.67%高,有差异性(χ~2=4.547,P <0.05),新生儿治疗后呼吸系统、中枢神经系统及心血管系统症状消失时间短于对照组,差异性显著(P <0.05)。结论新生儿窒息治疗中辅助纳洛酮,疗效明显,在临床治疗中值得广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of naloxone in the treatment of neonatal asphyxia.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,admitted during the period of 48 cases of neonatal asphyxia children as the research object,the draw method group divided to control group(24 cases,the high frequency oscillation ventilation therapy)and research group(24 cases,the high frequency oscillation ventilation auxiliary naloxone treatment),compared before and after symptoms improve clinical total effective rate,treatment time and neonatal Apgar score. Results The team with the total effective rate was 91.67% higher than the control group66.67%,there are differences between(χ~2= 4.547,P<0.05),after treatment of neonatal respiratory system,central nervous system and cardiovascular system symptoms disappear time shorter than the control group,significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Naloxone is an effective adjuvant in the treatment of neonatal asphyxia.
