高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的:探究高渗盐水雾化吸入在难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的治疗效果。方法:以随机数表分组法将82例难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患者分成A组(n=41例)和B组(n=41例),其中B组给予患者常规的阿奇霉素及抗感染治疗,而A组则在B组的基础上实施高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗,治疗后对比和分析两组患者治疗效果。结果:A组经过治疗后总有效率95.12%,显著高于B组总有效率78.05%,经过治疗后A组肺阴影消失时间(7.08±1.42)d、发热消退时间(6.12±1.02)d、咳嗽缓解时间(7.06±0.87)d、罗音消失时间(9.45±1.87)d,短于B组肺阴影消失时间(13.15±2.22)d、发热消退时间(10.21±2.85)d、咳嗽缓解时间(11.03±1.66)d和罗音消失时间(11.53±2.06)d(P<0.05)。结论:对难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患者使用高渗盐水雾化吸入联合阿奇霉素治疗可改善各项临床指标,治疗效果较好。
        Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of aerosolized hypertonic saline in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods:82 patients with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were divided into group A(n=41 cases)and group B(n=41 cases) by random number table grouping. Group B was given routine Azithromycin treatment. While group A was treated with high-infiltration saline aerosol inhalation treatment. The therapeutic effect were compared and analyzed in the two groups of patients after treatment. Results: After treatment, the effect rate of group A was 95.12% significantly higher than 78.05% of group B. The time of disappearance of lung shadow after treatment was(7.08±1.42)d, the time of fever regression(6.12±1.02)d, and the time of cough remission(7.06±0.87)d, the time of disappearance of arpeggios(9.45±1.87)d was significantly shorter than that of group B after treatment(13.15±2.22)d, fever regression time(10.21±2.85)d, cough remission time(11.03±1.66)d and the arpeggio disappeared time(11.53±2.06)d(P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of hypertonic saline inhalation therapy in patients with refractory pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia may improve various clinical indicators and has the better therapeutic effect.
