摘要
简述了老人椅辅助站立机构的工作原理,并对辅助站立机构进行传力特性分析,得到机构传动角运动规律。针对传统辅助站立机构传力特性和机构效率较差的问题,利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS对该机构进行了运动仿真及参数化建模,然后以辅助站立四杆机构传动角取得最大值为目标进行优化分析,最终确定了影响传动角主要设计变量的参数。研究结果表明,通过优化后,辅助站立机构的传动角得到明显增加,提高了机构传力特性和机械效率,同时也增大了机构的前倾程度,有助于老人站立。
        The working theory of the aged chair auxiliary standing mechanism is introduced,the force transmission characteristic analysis for auxiliary standing mechanism is carried out,and the motion regular of transmission angle for this mechanism is obtained. For the problem that the traditional auxiliary standing mechanism have the poor force transmission characteristic and mechanism efficiency,a motion simulation and parametric modeling is carried out by using the multi- body dynamics simulation software ADAMS. Then,the optimization analysis with the target that transmission angle of auxiliary standing four- bar mechanism obtain maximum value is carried out. Finally,the parameter effecting on the main design variables of transmission angle is defined. The results show that transmission angle is obviously improved after the optimization,the force transmission characteristics and mechanism efficiency of auxiliary standing mechanism are improved,as the same time front rake level of mechanism is increased to help the aged standing.
