摘要
台兰河山前凹陷地下水库示范工程设计中涉及引渗回补技术方案选择,洪水期引渗回补中泥沙澄清技术,以及取水工程中砂卵砾石层中大口辐射井施工工艺、输水工程中高地下水环境下施工工艺、高填埋段新型输水方式、工程运行监测和自动化控制等关键技术问题。贯彻开采与补给相平衡理念,实现无动力开采、控制、输送地下水,避免了地表水工程无效蒸发、占地面积大、投资高等缺点。
        The Tailan River has the typical characteristics of a continental river in arid areas. The hollow zone of alluvial-proluvial fan has large storage capacity, which is specific in underground reservoir. The upstream of diluvial fan has large groundwater recharge. The downstream of diluvial fan is plain area and it is a natural water-blocking structure. So it is a very ideal underground reservoir. There were many technical issues in the designing of the underground reservoir, including the technical proposal selection of water replenishing by the method of transfusion; the technology of clarifying sediment when moisturizing in the flood period; the construction technology of radiation-well in water intake engineering, which had large of gravel; the construction technology of high groundwater environment in water conveyance project, and the new way of conveying water in high fill section; the monitoring of engineering operating and automation control and so on. Carrying out the concept of reaching equilibrium in production and supply and realizing unpowered method in exploiting groundwater, controlling groundwater and carrying groundwater, it avoided the questions of invalid evaporation, large floor space and high investment of surface water engineering.
