摘要
目的:基于模糊聚类分析技术,研究医疗设备前瞻性维修管理途径,探讨其临床应用价值。方法:选取2016-2017年医院400台医疗设备临床应用数据,将其纳入观察组,随机选取同期4所三甲医院400台同品牌型号的医疗设备临床应用数据,将其纳入对照组。观察组应用模糊聚类分析技术对医疗设备故障单元进行分类,建立并实施12类维修方案;对照组采用常规维修管理方案;对比分析两组医疗设备的故障频率、管理成本和设备成本效益3项指标的差异性。结果:观察组实施12类维修方案后,医疗设备故障频率、管理成本和设备成本效益明显优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=-2.575,t=-2.038,t=2.080;P<0.05)。结论:基于模糊聚类分析技术的医疗设备前瞻性维修管理方法适用于医院的医疗设备管理工作,并具有较高的应用价值。
        Objective: To research the management approach of prospective maintenance of medical equipment and explore its clinical application value on the basis of the fuzzy clustering analysis. Methods: Clinical application data of 400 medical equipment used in the hospital from 2016 year to 2017 year were included in the observation group. At the same time, the clinical application data of 400 medical equipment with the same brand of 4 "third level 1 st class" hospitals were randomly selected and were included in the control group. The fault units of the medical equipment of observation group were classified by fuzzy clustering analysis, and twelve maintenance schemes were established and implemented. And control group adopted routine scheme of maintenance management. The differences of failure frequency, management cost and cost-effectiveness of medical equipment between the two groups were further compared. Results: After twelve maintenance schemes were implemented, the failure frequency, management cost and cost-effectiveness of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(t=-2.575, t=-2.038, t=2.080, P<0.05). Conclusion: The prospective maintenance of medical equipment based on the theory of fuzzy clustering analysis is suitable for the management of medical equipment in hospital and it has higher clinical application value.
