摘要
地瓜干生产废水属于高浓度食品类废水,其特点是pH较低、CODCr、BOD5浓度高、动植物油浓度高等,属于较难处理的工业废水。本文介绍隔油+气浮+IC塔+厌氧沉淀池+好氧池/MBR池组合工艺处理地瓜干生产废水的工程实例。工程规模3500 m3/d,该组合工艺运行稳定,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)表4三级排放标准。
        Dried sweet potato production wastewater belongs to high concentration wastewater of food, its characteristics are low pH, high concentration of CODCr, BOD5 and high concentration of animal and vegetable oils, is belong to industrial wastewater with more difficult to purify. This paper introduces an engineering example of treating wastewater from dried sweet potato production by oil isolation + air flotation + IC tower + anaerobic sedimentation tank + aerobic tank/MBR tank combined process. The project scale of the above combined process was 3500 m3/d, it is stable operation, the effluent quality meets the third-level discharge standard of Table 4 of the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996).
