装备制造企业技术创新能力评价研究

摘要
根据工业4.0的信息化、网络化、智能化、个性化、服务化特点,从创新投入能力、创新管理能力、创新营销能力、创新产出能力和技术创新要素转换能力等方面建立装备制造企业技术创新能力评价体系。运用多元统计分析方法,建立了装备制造企业技术创新能力因子得分评价模型,实现了辽宁装备制造企业技术创新能力的综合评价与分析。根据辽宁装备制造企业技术创新能力动态变化趋势,有针对性地提出提升辽宁装备制造企业技术创新能力对策与建议。
On the basis of information, networking, intelligence, personalized and service-oriented characteristics of Industrial 4.0, this paper establishes evaluation index system of technological innovation capabilities of the equipment manufacturing enterprises in face of innovative investment capacity, innovative management capacity, innovative marketing capabilities, innovative output capacity and elements conversion capability of technological innovation. By using multiple statistical analysis method the paper establishes factor score model of technological innovation capabilities of the equipment manufacturing enterprises, and it realizes comprehensive evaluation and analysis of technological innovation capabilities of the equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province. According to dynamic trends of technological innovation capabilities of the equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province, the paper suggests countermeasures and recommendations for promoting technological innovation capabilities of the equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province.
