摘要
针对变速箱输入轴内孔加工中同轴度检测不能满足生产线的现状。分析了同轴度公差的控制要素,建立了输入轴外圆基准和被测要素的位置关系,依据加工基准和检测基准统一的原理,模拟输入轴装配状态,设计了一种输入轴内孔同轴度检具。现场验证该检具操作简单、检测时间短,完全能够满足生产线节拍。
The coaxiality of the gearbox input shaft can not meet the needs of the production line. Based on the principle of uniformity of machining datum and detection datum,the input shaft assembly state is simulated,and the coaxiality of the input shaft is designed,and the coaxiality of the input shaft is calculated. Gage. Site verification of the inspection tool is simple to operate,the detection time is short,can fully meet the production line beat.
