摘要
以汽车转向管柱为研究目标,分析比较了两段轴式和三段轴式转向管柱的特点,得到转矩、角速度和轴与轴夹角等参数的关系式。然后结合转向管柱相关参数和布置要求,以中间轴两端节叉相位角为变量,对转向管柱布置优化设计,通过仿真计算得到的结果不满足布置要求。而后,以转向管柱的输入轴的长度和中间轴两端节叉相位角为变量,进行再次优化,通过仿真计算,得到了输入轴长度以及各轴之间夹角的优化值,满足布置要求,为转向管柱的设计提供了理论依据。
Considering the vehicle steering column as the research target,the relation was obtained among parameters such as torque,angular velocity etc,on the basis of analyzing and comparing the two-segment and three-segment steering columns.And then,according to the steering columns related parameters and the requirements,the layout of steering column is optimized by taking the phase angle of the middle axle as a variable,and the simulation results don't meet the requirements.Taking the length of the input shaft and the phase angle of the middle axle as variables,the optimization is carried out once again,to obtain their optimal values,and the optimal values satisfy the requirements of layout,so the analysis provides the theoretical basis for the design of the steering column.
