摘要
用分布式网络控制设计并开发了电子辐照加速器控制系统。硬件采用工业控制计算机与西门子可编程逻辑控制器PLC,PLC间采用MPI总线连接,与控制计算机采用以太网连接。计算机控制系统软件采用实验物理和工业控制系统EPICS进行模块设计,输入输出控制器IOC使用设备驱动程序实现了对可编程逻辑控制器PLC的访问,操作员接口OPI界面友好,并实现了EPICS下的数据存储系统。经现场测试与运行表明该控制系统稳定、可靠。
Control system of the irradiation electron linac is designed and implemented based on Distributed Control System(DCS). The hardware consists of Siemens Programmable Logical Controllers(PLCs)and industrial computers. The bus between PLCs is MPI and industrial network between computer and the PLCs. The software is developed via Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System. The EPICS IOC connected the PLCs via TCP/IP, using the driver support. The OPI was designed in friendly interface and the archiving system is realized base on My SQL database. The control system operates stably through the test.
