摘要
通过对成品大米入仓过程中碎米率的测定,研究大米入仓过程中设备和钢板仓对大米碎米率的影响,从而找出大米生产过程中产生碎米的原因,进而改善输送设备及钢板仓质量,提升大米品质。试验结果发现,斗式提升机和埋刮板输送机使大米碎米率增加了0.38个百分点;大米落入钢板仓中平均碎米率增加了0.56个百分点。
Through the measurement of the broken rice yield during rice warehousing process of finished grain rice,the influence of equipment and steel silo on rice broken rice yield during rice warehousing process was studied.We found out the cause of broken rice during rice production,and improved the quality of the conveying equipment and steel silo,to improve the quality of rice.The experimental results showed that the bucket elevator and buried scraper conveyer increased the broken rice yield of rice by about 0.38%;the average broken rice yield during the process of rice falling into the steel silo increased by about 0.56%.
