摘要
目的了解2015—2017年宜昌市各级结核病实验室人力资源、硬件条件和工作开展情况,为该市结核病防治提供有效依据。方法采用中国疾病预防控制中心结核病参比实验室统一设计的调查表,区县级疾控中心填写后市级疾控中心统一汇总并核实,利用Excel 2007软件对收集的数据进行整理分析。结果 2015—2017年间,全市共20家结核病实验室,10家为疾控中心实验室,10家为定点医院实验室。男女性别分布主要以女性为主,年龄分布以40~50岁区间为主,学历分布以大专和本科及以上为主,实验室人员以兼职为主,职称分布主要以中级为主,全市各级结核病实验室均为生物安全二级实验室,均配有二级生物安全柜、LED显微镜、高压灭菌器以及恒温培养箱。市级配有分子生物学检测设备。结论宜昌市现有的结核病实验室人员数量配置不足,专职人员更是缺少,分子检测能力欠缺,尤其是区县一级实验室,建议采取措施保证检验人员数量和队伍稳定,增加区县级实验室分子检测能力。
        Objective To investigate human resources,hardware conditions and work performances in all levels of tuberculosis laboratories in Yichang from 2015 to 2017,and provide an effective basis for tuberculosis prevention and control in the city. Methods Uniformed questionnaires designed by national CDC TB Reference Laboratory were used to conduct the investigation. All questionnaires were filled by country level CDC,then gathered and analyzed by municipal CDC. Results In 2015-2017,there were 20 tuberculosis laboratories in the city,10 were CDC laboratories and 10 were designated hospital laboratories. The gender distribution was mainly female,the age distribution was mainly 40-50 years old,and the academic qualifications was mainly junior college degree and above. In addition,the laboratory staff was mainly part-time,and the professional qualifications were mainly intermediate levels. All TB laboratories were biosafety secondary laboratories( BSL-Ⅱ),and were equipped with BSL-Ⅱ instruments,including Class II bio-safety cabinets,LED microscopes,autoclave sterilizer and incubator. The municipal-level labs were also equipped with instruments for molecular biology testing. Conclusion The number of existing TB laboratory personnel in Yichang City was insufficient. Full-time personnel were lacking,and molecular testing capacity was low,especially for county-level laboratories. It is recommended to take measures to ensure the number of inspectors and the team stability,and improve the molecular detection ability of county-level laboratories.
