热失重法对水管护套料的寿命评估

摘要
活化能(E_a)是超过基态的能量,活化能越高,材料在一定温度下发生反应的速率越慢,越不易到达反应终点。通过材料的热失重性能测试可得到材料的活化能,进而可推算在一定温度下的材料使用寿命。采用热失重方法对3种高压直流阀塔分支水管护套材料老化使用寿命进行了评估。结果表明,改性硅橡胶护套材料的活化能(E_a)最高,故其使用寿命最长。
        Activation energy( Ea) was the energy that exceeded the ground state. The higher the activation energy was,the slower the reaction rate of the material at a certain temperature would be,and the harder it could reach the end point of the reaction. The activation energy of the material could be obtained through the thermogravimetric test,and the service life of the material at a certain temperature could be calculated. The aging service life of three kinds of high voltage direct current valve tower branch water pipe jacket materials was evaluated by thermogravimetric method. The results show that the activation energy of modified silicone rubber sheath material is the highest,therefore its service life is the longest.
