摘要
发光二极管(LED)散热性能与LED寿命直接相关。导热塑料由于密度小、流动性好、绿色环保等优点,已成为新型热门散热材料。主要研究导热塑料在LED散热器的应用及优化设计。具体为:利用Solid Works进行三维建模和插件flow simulation进行仿真,分析采用导热塑料的LED散热器利用翅片散热技术的影响因素,并通过仿生智能优化算法进行优化设计。
        Light-emitting diode( LED) heat dissipation performance related to LED life directly.Thermal conductive plastics had become a new popular heat-dissipating material,due to their low density,good fluidity and environmental protection. The application and optimization design of thermal conductive plastics in LED radiator were studied. Using SolidWorks for three dimensional modeling and taking plug-in flow simulation to simulate,the influencing factors of finned heat dissipation technology using LED heat sinks with thermal plastics were studied. And the design was optimized through bionic intelligent optimization algorithm.
