摘要
湿度传感器校准装置,主要由中央自动控制系统、密闭试验箱系统、散热和加温系统、信息采集与显示系统等4部分构成。通过7种饱和盐溶液构建标准湿度环境,同时采用干湿球温度传感器作为标准环境湿度辅助测量工具,对待校准湿度传感器的测量的结果进行标定,测算其精度。
This paper presents a design of a humidity sensor calibration device.The device is composed of the following four parts,the central automatic control system,the closed test box system,the cooling and heating system,the information collection and display system.Through seven kinds of saturated salt solution to construct the standard humidity environment,using the wet and dry bulb temperature sensor as the standard environment humidity assistant measuring instrument,the measurement result of the calibration humidity sensor is calibrated,and the precision is estimated.
