摘要
为预防和控制辣椒病毒病的发生,在室内采用单因素试验研究桃蚜(Myzus persicae Sulzer)对辣椒病毒[黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)]的获毒时间、传毒时间和传毒效率。结果表明:桃蚜对辣椒病毒获毒最短时间为30s,30s后随着获毒时间延长,其取食传毒效率升高,获毒80s以上可致辣椒苗发病率达100%;桃蚜取食传毒时间最短为0.125h,之后辣椒苗发病率随着时间延长而逐渐升高,取食时间达1h以上,发病率达100%;桃蚜对辣椒病毒传毒的最少头数为1头,发病率随单株虫量的增加而升高,单株虫量为15头时辣椒苗发病率达100%。
        The virus acquisition time,virus transmission time and virus transmission efficiency of Myzus persicae to Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV)of pepper were studied by the single-factor experiment indoors to prevent and control occurrence of CMV in pepper.Results:The minimum virus acquisition time of M.persicaeto CMV of pepper is 30 s.The feeding virus transmission efficiency rises with elongation of virus acquisition time and the morbidity of pepper seedlings reaches 100% when the virus acquisition time is above 80 s.The minimum feeding virus transmission time is 0.125 hand the morbidity of pepper seedlings gradually rises with elongation of feeding virus transmission time.The morbidity of pepper seedlings is up to 100% when the feeding virus transmission time is above 1 h.The minimum M.persicae number for virus transmission is 1.The morbidity of pepper seedlings rises with increase of M.persicae number per plant and the morbidity of pepper seedlings reaches 100% when the M.persicae number per plant is 15.
