摘要

活性炭是一种具有丰富孔隙结构和巨大表面积的碳质吸附材料。本文主要介绍了生产柱状活性炭的炭化工段,包括炭化工艺、设备选型及工艺参数的调控,并对生产过程中出现的问题进行讨论改进。
        Activated carbon is a carbonaceous adsorbent material with abundant pore structure and large surface area. This paper mainly introduces the carbon chemical section of columnar activated carbon, including carbonization process, equipment selection and Process Parameter Control, and problems in the production process were discussed and improved.
