摘要
目的综述国内外对蒲公英的开发与利用情况。方法对国内外近二十年相关文献和发明专利进行调研,对蒲公英应用领域相关产品的开发现状进行总结。结果蒲公英为药食两用植物,对其开发与利用涉及到医药用品、保健品、食品、化工等多个领域,应用广泛,经济价值大。结论对蒲公英的药用、食用价值还可做进一步挖掘和利用。
        Objective To review the development and utilization of dandelion.Methods According to related literatures and patents in recent twenty years,the progress on development status of dandelion were summarized.Results As a medicinal herb,dandelions have been widely used in many fields,such as in pharmaceutical fields,dietary supplement,herbal tea industries,and chemical agent industries and so on,which enjoys great economic value.Conclusion The medicinal and developing value of dandelion can be further explored and utilized.
