摘要
采用乳液聚合法在聚丁二烯(PB)胶乳上接枝苯乙烯(St)、丙烯腈(AN)单体,得到不同St/AN比例的ABS接枝粉料,然后将其与SAN树脂(St与AN的共聚物)熔融共混,得到ABS树脂。考察了接枝粉料的组成对ABS树脂各项性能的影响。结果表明:随着ABS树脂中接枝AN含量的增加,树脂的冲击强度及初始白度提高,熔体流动速率(MFR)、拉伸强度、耐黄变性能则有所下降。
The polybutadiene(PB) latex was grafted with styrene(St) and acrylonitrile(AN) by emulsion polymerization and the ABS graft copolymer with different St/AN ratio were obtained. Then the ABS graft copolymer were melt-blended with SAN resin(St-AN copolymer) for obtaining ABS resin. The effect of the structure characteristic of ABS graft copolymer on the properties of ABS resin was investigated. The results show that the impact strength and whiteness of ABS resin improve with increasing content of grafted AN, but the melt flow rate(MFR), tensile strength and yellowing resistance decrease.
