摘要
在当今能源问题日益突出的大背景下,采矿工程专业的学生肩负着重要使命,我们只有不断的创新采矿技术,积极的培养采矿专业人员,才能保障国家能源的稳定发展。受到全球经济下跌的影响,采矿工程专业在人才招收方面受到宏观经济的制约非常大,采矿工程专业在工作就业方面的形势也不容乐观,教育机制中对学生的培养还处于相对滞后的状态,模式改革亟需开发。本文从采矿工程专业人才培养的现状出发,重点分析了新形势下采矿工程专业人才培养模式改革所面临的种种困境,并给出了完善的优化措施,以期为相关教育工作者提供参考价值。
        Under the background of the increasingly prominent energy problem, the students majoring in mining engineering shoulder an important task. Only by constantly innovating mining technology and actively cultivating mining professionals can we guarantee the stable development of national energy. Influenced by the global economic downturn,mining engineering major is greatly constrained by macro-economy in the recruitment of talents. The situation of mining engineering major in employment is not optimistic. The training of students in education mechanism is still lagging behind.The mode reform needs to be developed urgently. Starting from the current situation of personnel training of mining engineering specialty, this paper focuses on the analysis of various difficulties faced by the reform of personnel training mode of mining engineering specialty under the new situation, and puts forward perfect optimization measures, with a view to providing reference value for relevant educators.
