摘要
对玫瑰籽油脂肪酸组成与含量进行分析,结果表明:玫瑰种子含油量为10.04%,籽油饱和脂肪酸含量为5.392 8 g·100 g~(-1),不饱和脂肪酸含量为94.160 8 g·100 g~(-1)。在不饱和脂肪酸中,单不饱和脂肪酸量为14.41 g·100 g~(-1),多不饱和脂肪酸量为79.750 8 g·100 g~(-1),多不饱和脂肪酸主要为油酸(C18:1)13.9 g·100 g~(-1)、亚油酸(C18:2)48.1 g·100 g~(-1)、α-亚麻酸(C18:3)31.1 g·100 g~(-1)。玫瑰适应性强,籽油品质优良,作为木本油料作物开发,前景广阔。
        The composition and content of fatty acids in Rosa rugosa seed oil were analyzed. The result showed that the oil content of Rosa rugosa seeds was 10. 04 %. The saturated fatty acid content of seed oil was 5. 392 8 g·100 g~(-1) and the content of unsaturated fatty acids was 94. 160 8 g·100 g~(-1). Among the unsaturated fatty acids,the monounsaturated fatty acid content was 14. 41 g·100 g~(-1),the polyunsaturated fatty acid content was 79. 750 8 g·100 g~(-1),and the main polyunsaturated fatty acid was oleic acid( C18: 1) 13. 9 g·100 g~(-1),linoleic acid( C18: 2) 48. 1 g·100 g~(-1),α-linolenic acid( C18: 3) 31. 1 g·100 g~(-1). Rosa rugosa had strong adaptability and excellent seed oil quality. As a woody oil crop,it had broad prospects.
