摘要
"前厅服务与管理"是高职院校酒店管理专业核心课程,培养学生前厅理论知识和技能。本文分析在"一带一路"背景下,广州科技职业技术学院"前厅服务与管理"课程创新使用项目教学法的内涵、实施流程和教学效果。
"Lobby service and management" is a professional core course of hotel management professional in vocational colleges, which cultivates students in the front office work required theoretical knowledge and practical skills mainly. This paper analyzes the connotation, meaning, implementation process, teaching effect and summing up the thinking of the project teaching method in the course of "lobby service and management".
