颈后路椎管扩大减压成形术后C_5神经根麻痹的研究进展

<正>颈椎节段性神经根麻痹(segmental root palsy,SRP)是一种因神经节段损伤造成支配相应区域运动感觉障碍的疾病。神经根麻痹可能累及C6、C7、C8,但C5神经根节段最多见,常见于接受后路单开门椎管扩大减压成形术的患者,是一项预后较好
