摘要
目的:探究树脂嵌体和瓷嵌体修复牙体缺损边缘微渗漏差异。方法:选择36颗完整离体牙齿,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各18颗;对照组采用树脂嵌体修复,实验组采用瓷嵌体修复,并分别进行模拟口腔环境冷热疲劳实验,对比两组边缘微渗漏的分级和深度差异。结果:实验组0级和Ⅰ级均低于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05);两组Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。实验组边缘微渗漏深度为(0. 56±0. 07) mm,对照组为(1. 37±0. 08) mm,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:瓷嵌体修复牙体缺损的边缘微渗漏情况优于树脂嵌体,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To evaluate and compare the marginal micro-leakage of restorations filled with resin inlays and porcelain inlays. Methods: Thirty-six complete in vitro teeth were selected and randomly divided into experimental group( n =18) and control group( n = 18). The control group was treated with resin inlay restoration,and the experimental group was applied with porcelain inlay restoration. The grading and depth differences of the edge micro-leakage were compared between the two groups through the oral simulation experiment. Results: The 0 and Ⅰ grades of the experimental group were lower than the control group. There was no significant difference in grade II/III between the two groups respectively( P>0. 05). The marginal micro-leakage depth of the experimental group was( 0. 56 ±0. 07) mm,and the depth of the control group was( 1. 37 ±0. 08) mm. There was statistically significant difference between two groups( P<0. 05). Conclusion: The edge micro-leakage effect of porcelain inlays for repairing tooth defects is superior to resin inlays,and its clinical application value is higher.
