DSJ80可伸缩带式输送机短小化技术改造及应用

摘要
伴随矿井深度开发,资源储量日渐枯竭,为延长矿井服务年限,加大资源回收力度,矿井开始对旧采区进行重新规划,加大边角煤开采力度,边角煤开采出现不规则工作面、不规则巷道掘进,掘进过程中出现方向变化、各种联络巷交叉、掘进煤流转载点多,常规胶带不适应现场实际情况的困难日渐突出。为适应井下实际生产的需要,对原有的DSJ80可伸缩带式输送机进行短小化改造,将原有的外置驱动及减速器更换为驱动滚筒一体式的内置驱动,内置电驱动滚筒靠机尾端储带仓固定,游动小车靠卸载臂端移动实现紧带,同时实现回转、换向功能。
