摘要
蒙华铁路洞庭湖大桥主桥为三塔双索面钢箱钢桁结合梁斜拉桥,主桥钢梁采用先架设下弦钢箱梁后安装上部钢桁梁杆件的整体施工方案,边跨下弦钢箱梁采用三向大行程步履式顶推法架设,顶推由中跨往边跨方向进行。对边跨钢梁顶推架设进行有限元分析,并指导顶推施工中临时墩、导梁等大临结构设计。下弦钢箱底部布置两台步履式顶推器并通过垫梁组成一个顶推支点,解决了顶推施工中下弦钢箱斜腹板局部受力的问题;利用已有步履式顶推器进行墩顶节间钢梁架设,优化了常规墩顶节间钢梁架设方法;上墩施工中利用大行程步履式顶推器解决了导梁前端位移过大、导梁上墩困难的难题;三向大行程步履式顶推施工技术、实时动态纠偏等技术确保了边跨钢梁顶推的质量和安全。
        The main bridge of the Dongting Lake Bridge of the Meng-Hua Railway is a cable-stayed bridge with three towers and double-cable-plane-steel-box-and-steel-truss-combined beams.The erection of the steel beams of the main bridge adopts the overall construction scheme of installing the members of the upper steel truss beam after the lower-chord steel box girder is first erected.The side-span steel box girders of the lower chord are erected by a three-way large-stroke walking-type pushing method,and the jacking is carried out from the middle span to the direction of the side span.The finite element analysis is made of the erection of the side-span steel girder,with the design of such big temporary structures as the temporary pier,the guide beam and the like in the process of the jacking construction guided.Two walking ejectors are arranged at the bottom of the lowerchord steel box and they are combined with a pad beam to form a pushing fulcrum,which helps solve the problem of the local stress in the inclined web of the lower-chord steel box in the process of the jacking construction.The existing walking ejector is also used for the erection of the inter-node steel beams at the top of the pier,with the routine erection methods for pier-top inter-node steel beams optimized.The advantages of the large-stroke walking ejector in the upper pier construction much help solve the problems of the too much displacement of the front end of the guide beam and the difficulty of the guide beam in going up the piers.Both the three-way large-stroke walking-type pushing technique and the real-time dynamic deviation-rectifying technique help ensure the quality and security of jacking side-span steel beams.
