辽西区域文化与高校文化课共建初探

摘要
辽西区域文化是辽西人类社会活动创造的物质和非物质的文化成果,其文化体系结构清晰,内容丰富,是中华传统文化的一部分,也是塑造辽宁区域形象、发展辽宁地区经济的有力推手。因此,高校在区域文化保护和传承中应担负起培育人才的社会责任,地方文化部门和民间文化艺人也应大力支持高校的人才培养计划。通过高校和地方社会的合作,建设生动、丰富的文化课堂,可以促进地方文化、教育、经济事业共同提升。
Western Liaoning's regional culture is the material and non-material culture created by the social activities. As a part of the Chinese traditional culture, it is logical and ordered in structure,rich in content, and it is also the powerful force to shape the national and Liaoning's regional image and to promote the economy of Liaoning province. The colleges and universities are expected to shoulder the responsibility of cultivating the talents, inheriting the culture and developing the local economy by means of regional culture protection and inheritance. Local departments of culture and the folk culture artists should vigorously support the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. With the cooperation between colleges or universities, and the local communities, we will construct the vivid and colorful culture class to promote the common improvement of local culture, education, and economic undertakings.
