碳排放视角下我国建设用地利用强度与效率研究

摘要
识别建设用地碳排放源,从碳排放视角测算我国建设用地利用强度和效率,为我国建设用地利用低碳优化提供决策依据。研究结果发现:(1)人均碳排放量、地均碳排放量增长态势明显,而万元GDP碳排放量下降趋势明显。(2)万元GDP碳排放量呈现出明显的"西高东低""北高南低"的特征,人均碳排放量呈现出"北高南低"的特征,而地均碳排放量较大的多集中在人口密度较大、经济发达的沿海省份。(3)碳排放综合呈现出由东部向中部、西部依次递减的规律,空间分异明显,综合效率达到DEA有效的仅有北京、天津、上海3个直辖市。(4)我国建设用地利用过程中,要素过度投入的情况较为严重,尤其是水资源和土地资源冗余度较高,冗余率达到30%以上。
        To identify the carbon emission sources of construction land, and to estimate the carbon emission intensity and carbon emission efficiency of construction land use in China, so as to provide decision-making basis for low carbon optimization of construction land use. The results show that:(1) The per capita carbon emission and land carbon emissions increase obviously, while the yuan GDP carbon emissions decrease significantly.(2) Million GDP emissions show obvious "west to east", "north high south low" characteristics, per capita carbon emissions shows a characteristic of "north high south low", and have a large amount of carbon emissions is more concentrated, the high population density in the economically developed coastal provinces.(3) The carbon emission shows a descending law from east to central and West. The spatial differentiation is obvious, and the comprehensive efficiency reaches DEA. There are only three municipalities directly under the central government, namely Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai.(4) In the process of construction land use in China, the excessive input of factors is more serious, especially the redundancy of water resources and land resources is higher, and the redundancy rate reaches more than 30%.
