绵阳地区变应原患者吸入性变应原谱的研究

摘要
目的研究绵阳地区变应性鼻炎患者的吸入性变应原谱,了解吸入性变应原谱的分布特点,更好的为AR患者的预防及诊疗提供科学的理论依据。方法回顾性分析在我院2017年5月-2018年1月就诊的653例受试者的吸入性变应原的血清学检测中特异性免疫球蛋白E水平。结果在653例患者的中总Ig E阳性率为100%,吸入性变应原谱为户尘螨(60.49%)、蟑螂(20.21%)、猫狗皮屑(18.38%)、霉菌组合(10.26%)、花粉组合(8.88%);对1种变应原阳性患者占42.57%;2种及2种以上变应原阳性患者占57.43%。结论户尘螨、蟑螂、猫狗皮屑是引起绵阳地区过敏性疾病的重要原因,血清过敏原slg E测定有利于了解患者的过敏状态,协助过敏性疾病的诊断。
        Objective To study the inhaled allergens spectrum in patients with with the allergic rhinitis in Mianyang region,to understand the distribution characteristics of inhaled allergens,and to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the prevention and diagnosis and treatment of patients with with the allergic rhinitis. Methods Retrospective analysis of the level of specific immunoglobulin E in serological detection of inhaled allergens in 653 subjects visited in our hospital from May 2017 to January 2018. Results The positive rate of total IgE in 653 patients was 100%,the inhalation allergens were household dust mites(60.49%),Cockroaches(20.21%),Cat and Dog Dandruff(18.38%),mold combination(10.26%),pollen combination(8.88%);42.57% patients with 1 allergen positive patients,2 species and more than 2 allergens were 57.43%. Conclusion The dandruff of household dust mites,cockroaches and cats and dogs is an important cause of allergic diseases in Yang Yang,and the determination of serum allergen Slge is helpful to understand the allergic status of patients and assist in the diagnosis of allergic diseases.
