摘要
介绍了电主轴中转子与主轴的配合模型,对电主轴静态与动态过盈量进行了计算,并进行了校核。建立了电主轴有限元模型,在静态与动态条件下分别对电主轴过盈配合进行有限元分析。所做研究对电主轴的结构设计具有参考价值。
The matching model between the rotor and the spindle in the electric spindle was introduced. The static and dynamic interference of the electric spindle were calculated and checked. The finite element model of the electric spindle was established, and the finite element analysis of the interference fit of the electric spindle was carried out under static and dynamic conditions. The research done has reference value for the physical design of the electric spindle.
