摘要
以UG CAM平台为支撑,研究机加工工艺过程仿真技术,以机加工工艺信息和工序模型作为工艺过程仿真的输入,自动解析工艺信息,得到可在UG CAM中自动执行的模板实例,进而实现工艺过程仿真。详细分析了该工艺过程仿真方法的业务流程,简述了机加工工艺的表达及设计过程,给出了该工艺过程仿真方法的基本流程,重点研究了工艺信息的自动解析和特征加工几何要素的自动决策方法,开发实现了UG CAM平台下的工艺过程仿真模块并集成到KM3DCAPP-M系统中,最后通过实例验证了该工艺过程仿真方法的有效性。
Machining process simulation technology has been studied in UG CAM platform. Takes machining process information and process model as process simulation inputs,process information is automatically parsed. Template instance obtained can be automatically executed in UG CAM so as to realize process simulation. The business of process simulation method is analyzed in detail. Expression and the design of machining process are briefly described. The basic flow of the process simulation method has been given. Automatic parsing process information and the method of automated decision machining geometric elements of different characteristics are the focus of analysis. Based on key technologies,process simulation module in the UG CAM platform was developed and integrated into KM3 DCAPP-M system. Finally,the effectiveness of process simulation method is verified by an example.
