摘要
基于社会转型期社会经济形态、文化价值观、思想观念等方面发生的变化,人们对教育过程公平内涵、价值取向、现实诉求等方面提出了新的需求,为更好满足这种需求,一是重新解读教育过程公平的内涵,二是要分析教育过程公平现阶段社会需求和教育改革自身需求,三是教育过程公平要遵循一定原则的基础上树立教育过程公平的新理念、合理分配优质教育资源、营造多样性适切的教育影响、为弱势群体提供同质教育影响等。
        The pursuit of fairness and justice was not only the eternal topic of social development,but also the core element in educational reform at the present stage. The social economic form,people' s cultural values,and people's thinking notions in the period of social transition have changed profoundly,therefore,people were more concerned about the educational fairness in the education process. The new requirements were put forward in this period,such as the connotation of fairness in the education process,the value orientation,and the realistic demands,and etc. In order to satisfy these demands,the following should be accomplished: first,re-interpreting the connotation of fairness in the education process; second,analyzing the social demand at the present stage of the education process and the demand of the education reform; third,set the new idea in this process,distribute the quality education resources reasonably,build the diverse and proper education influence and provide the same education influence for the vulnerable groups.
