摘要
智能化变电站过程层是三层网络中最下面的一层,是直接与变压器、智能开关、电子式互感器相联系的一层网络层。钢铁企业作为电网用户单位,也在谋求智能化发展,建设智能站对于钢铁企业用户而言,由数字化转化升级为智能化,是对传统变电站的一次理论实践,是智能电网上的一次重大突破。本文以一个110kV智能站在钢铁企业的实际建设应用,详细介绍了其过程层的理论、组成和基本要求,帮助现场技术人员更加清楚的了解过程层的逻辑关系和构建,对于维护智能站的安全稳定运行提供了有力保证。
The process layer of intelligent substation is the lowest layer of the three-layer network,which is the network layer directly connected with transformer, intelligent switch and electronic transformer. As a power grid user unit, iron and steel enterprises are also seeking for intelligent development. For iron and steel enterprise users, the construction of intelligent stations from digital to intelligent is a theoretical practice for traditional substations and a major breakthrough on smart grids. Based on the actual construction and application of a 110 kV intelligent station in iron and steel enterprises, this paper introduces the theory, composition and basic requirements of its process layer in detail, which helps field technicians to understand the logical relationship and construction of the process layer more clearly and provides a strong guarantee for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the intelligent station.
