摘要
对小型断路器在不同过载电流倍数下的动作时间进行研究,建立过载试验电流倍数与动作时间的关系模型。分段处理不同过载倍数下动作特性,并应用回归分析方法识别模型参数,得到不同过载倍数下动作特性。根据小型断路器在不同过载倍数下动作时间之间的关系,提出采用高过载倍数下过载试验替代标准过载特性试验的等效试验方法,有效降低了小型断路器的可靠性试验时间。试验结果表明,不同过载倍数下小型断路器的动作时间之间具有较强的相关性,高过载倍数下过载试验可以替代标准过载特性试验。
The action time of miniature circuit breaker was studied under different overload current multiples,and the relational model between current multiples of overload test and the action time was established. Operation characteristic under different overload multiples was obtained by periods processing and using the regression analysis method to identify the parameters of the model. According to the relationship between the action time under different overload multiples of the miniature circuit breaker,the equivalent test method under overload test with high overload multiple was proposed to substitute the standard overload characteristic test,which effectively reduces the reliability test time of miniature circuit breaker. The test result shows that there is a strong correlation between the action time of miniature circuit breaker under different overload multiples,and the standard overload characteristic test can be substituted by the overload test under high overload multiple.
