摘要
介绍了一种热过载保护可调式塑壳断路器的结构原理及设计原则。通过计算确定了热过载保护特性调节范围,并提出研究发展的方向,解决了传统塑壳断路器整定电流不可调、配电线路电流波动造成的供电不稳定问题。所设计产品具有调节范围宽、性价比高的特点,满足用户个性化需求。
This paper introduced the structure principle and design principle of a heat overload protective moulded case circuit breaker( MCCB). The range of regulation of thermal overload protection characteristics is determined by calculation,and the direction of research development is put forward. This product solves the problem of untunable current of traditional MCCB and the instability of power supply caused by current fluctuation of distribution line. It has the characteristics of wide range of adjustment and high performance cost ratio,and meets the individual needs of users.
