摘要
飞机地面牵引过程中因突发事件等因素意外刹车时,通常会产生较大牵引载荷,当其超出飞机部件受力载荷限制,就会造成事故。因此,提出一种具有液压过载保护特性的牵引杆方案,并以B737-800机型为例,基于Adams建立了含接触碰撞的"牵引车-牵引杆-飞机"多体系统模型,对牵引飞机实施刹车过程进行仿真,对采用常规牵引杆和过载保护牵引杆的牵引载荷变化情况进行对比。结果表明,液压过载保护牵引杆可有效削减刹车时引起的牵引载荷峰值。
In normal conditions,huge towing loads will be produced by sudden brake due to various emergencies when aircraft are being towed.Once the loads exceed the loadlimit of aircraft' s relevant components,ground accidents will occur.Given this,a towbar with hydraulic-overload-protection is designed and a contact-impact model of tractor-towbar-aircraft multi-body systems is established focusing on B737-800 on the base of Adams.Comparing the towing loads of the general towbar with the hydraulicoverload-protection towbar when the braking process of towing aircraft is simulated,it turns out that the hydraulic-overload-protection towbar can effectively reduce the peak of towing load caused by braking.
