摘要
一般情况下,引水过闸流量是根据有闸潜流、有闸自由流、无闸潜流和无闸自由流四种不同水流状态选用不同的流量计算公式进行计算的。传统方法是根据闸门是否阻水和闸后水位是否淹没闸底边阻碍水流,通过人工观察判断过闸水流流态的。随着信息化建设在水利系统中的不断延伸应用,过闸水流流态的非人工识别方法及其精度保障是水利信息化建设的难点。
        In general,the flow of water diversion is calculated according to the flow calculation formula of four different flow states,such as sluice flow,free flow of sluice,sluice free flow,free flow of sluice free flow.The traditional method to judge lockage flow pattern is through artificial view observing whether the gate is obstructing water and whether the water level of the gate is flooded or not.PoliceWith the continuous extension of the application of information construction in the water conservancy system,the non artificial identification method of the flow pattern and its precision guarantee are the difficulties in the construction of water resources information.
