摘要

为加强武警部队全域快速投送能力建设,形成"快速反应、多能高效"的保障力量体系,针对武警部队非战争军事行动的任务特点,从铁路、公路、水路、航空等4种运输方式的运力保障现状中,分析当前投送保障所面临的主要困难和存在的问题,并从理论研究、运输性建设和信息化建设等3个方面提出对策与建议。
        In order to strengthen the global fast projection capacity construction of PAP and form the support system of rapid response and higher efficiency,according to the task features of PAP non-war military operation,the paper analyzes the main difficulties and problems from 4 transportation modes:railway,highway,waterway and aviation.It also proposes suggestions from theory research,transportation construction and information construction.
