主动性人格对教练员-运动员关系的影响:自我决定动机的中介作用

摘要
目的:探讨自我决定动机在主动性人格与教练员-运动员关系之间的中介效应。方法:采用问卷测量法,对302名专业运动员进行施测,对变量进行相关分析,并使用结构方程模型检验自我决定动机的中介作用。结果:(1)相关分析结果显示,主动性人格与自我决定动机存在显著正相关;主动性人格和教练员-运动员关系的各维度均呈现显著正相关;自我决定动机和教练员-运动员关系各维度也呈现显著正相关。(2)结构方程模型结果显示,自我决定动机在主动性人格和教练员-运动员关系之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为18.92%。结论:自我决定动机在主动性人格和教练员-运动员关系之间起部分中介作用。
Objective: This study is to explore the influence of athletes' proactive personality and self-determined motivation on the coach-athlete relationship. Methods: 302 professional athletes were recruited in this study. Results:(1)Proactive personality was positively correlated with coach-athlete relationship and self-determined motivation; self-determined motivation and coach-athlete relationship had a significant positive correlation.(2)Self-determined motivation play a partial intermediary role between proactive personality and coach-athlete relationship. The mediating effect accounted for18.92% of the total effect. Conclusion: Athletes' self-determined motivation plays an intermediary role between the proactive personality and coach-athlete relationship.
