会籍顾问是健身俱乐部是不可或缺的岗位。论文以胜任素质理论为基础,研究并构建符合当下情况的健身行业会籍顾问的胜任素质模型。
Membership consultant is an indispensable position in fitness clubs. Based on the competency theory, this paper studies and constructs the competency model of the fitness industry membership consultants in line with the current situation.
