摘要
某SUV四驱车型存在明显的加速轰鸣声问题,严重影响了四驱车型的量产。通过噪声测试、模态分析等方法对噪声产生路径及解决方案进行了研究,判断该轰鸣声是由后主减速器振动传递到车身引起。通过优化主减与车身连接支架,增加减振措施,使驾驶员右耳噪声能量降低10 dB以上,有效解决了该轰鸣问题,使整车噪声舒适性显著提高。
The Four-wheel Drive of SUV has obvious booming noise, which has been seriously affecting mass production of the Four-wheel Vehicle. This paper researches on paths and methods to eliminate the noise by test and mode analysis, and it concludes that the booming noise is caused by vibration of the final drive, which transfers noise to vehicle body. By optimizing the connecting bracket between the final drive and body, increasing the damping vibration measure, noise energy of the driver right ear is decreased by more than 10 dB, and thus booming noise is effectively solved. Finally, comfortability of vehicle noise is improved apparently.
