高校花样跳绳运动教学现状及影响因素分析

摘要
花样跳绳运动是一项集健身性、娱乐性、观赏性、竞技性为一体的运动,其不仅可以培养高校学生合作运动意识,而且可以提高高校各专业学生身体素质及心理素质。因此,如何将花样跳绳运动引进高校,就成为高校相关部门面临的重要工作。本文根据高校花样跳绳运动教学现状,对高校花样跳绳运动教学阶段影响因素进行了简单的分析,并提出了几点优化措施。
Fancy rope skipping is a sport that integrates fitness, entertainment, ornamental value and competitiveness,which could not only cultivate the cooperative consciousness among college students,but also improve the physical and psychological quality of college students. Therefore,how to introduce the sport into colleges and universities has become an important task facing the relevant college departments. According to the present situation of fancy rope skipping teaching,this paper makes a basic analysis on the influencing factors in different teaching stage of teaching,and puts forward some promotion countermeasures.
