摘要
为保证冷链产品的质量安全,该文利用物联网相关技术和安卓开发技术开发出一套基于安卓系统的冷链物流车载监控系统,通过对系统的总体设计,分析监测系统的组成,并对系统软硬件各功能模块进行设计,在完成冷链监控系统的设计之后,对系统进行一系列的测试,验证系统可运行性,最终实现Android手机端对冷链运输车辆的温湿度、CO_2浓度的数据采集与监控,以及冷藏车辆运输位置的实时跟踪定位,当参数超过阈值时,可发出警报,从而有效地对冷链环境加以调节,保证产品的质量。客户通过智能手机在冷链物流监控APP上实时查询产品冷链信息,为提高产品冷链质量安全提供有力保障。
        In order to ensure the quality and safety of cold chain products,a set of cold chain logistics vehicle monitoring system based on Android system was developed by using Internet of Things related technology and Android development technology. Through the overall design of the system,the composition of the monitoring system was analyzed. The system software and hardware function modules are designed. After the design of the cold chain monitoring system is completed,a series of tests are carried out on the system to verify the system operability,and finally realize the temperature and humidity and CO_2 concentration of the cold chain transport vehicle on the Android mobile phone end. Data acquisition and monitoring,as well as real-time tracking and positioning of the refrigerated vehicle transportation position,when the parameter exceeds the threshold,an alarm can be issued to effectively adjust the cold chain environment to ensure the quality of the product. The customer can query the cold chain information of the product in real time through the smart phone in the cold chain logistics monitoring APP,which provides a strong guarantee for improving the quality and safety of the product cold chain.
