儿童期心理虐待、述情障碍对婚姻满意度的影响

摘要
目的探讨儿童期心理虐待、述情障碍对婚姻满意度的影响,为婚姻家庭问题干预提供科学依据。方法整群抽取6个社区已婚者120人,施测儿童期心理虐待量表、多伦多述情障碍量表及婚姻满意度子量表,并对数据进行独立样本t检验、Pearson相关分析、多元回归分析。结果男性组的儿童期心理虐待、述情障碍因子分显著低于女性组(P<0.05);男性组的婚姻满意度得分显著高于女性组(P<0.05)。儿童期心理虐待、述情障碍各因子分与婚姻满意度呈显著负相关(P<0.01);情感描绘不能对个体的婚姻满意度有显著预测效应(P<0.05),可解释婚姻满意度方差变异的43.5%。述情障碍在儿童期心理虐待与婚姻满意度之间有部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的35.35%。结论改善个体的情感体验与表达策略,避免回避退缩;培养建设性的生活认知,避免两极化的生活态度,有利于改善婚姻满意度。
Objective To explore the relationship of psychological maltreatment in childhood and alexithymiaon marital satisfaction for providing solid scientific basis of marital-dispute intervention.Methods 120 adults were recruited by cluster sampling from 6 communities to be investigated by Child Psychological Maltreatment Scale(CPMS),Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS-20)and Marital Satisfaction Subscale of Olson's marital quality questionnaire,and all the data was analyzed by ttest,Pearson correlation analysis,multiple regressive analysis.Results Compared with female group,the factor scores of terrorizing,ignoring,belittling,intermeddling,corrupting and difficulty identifying feeling,difficulty describing feeling,externally-oriented thinking in male group were significantly lower,meanwhile the score of Marital Satisfaction Subscale in male group was significantly higher(P<0.05).All factors scores of CPMS,TAS-20 negative correlated with marital satisfaction(P<0.01).Regressive analysis suggested difficulty in describing feeling had significant predictive effect on score of marital satisfaction(P<0.05)and could accounted for 43.5% percent of marital satisfaction variance.Hierarchical regressive analysis suggested alexithymia had partial mediating effect between psychological maltreatment and marital satisfaction and the mediating effects of alexithymia could account for 35.35% of global effects.Conclusion Learning strategies of affection experience and expression and reducing affection avoidance and shrink,meanwhile,cultivating constructive life cognition and avoiding bipolar life attitude could improve marital satisfaction.
