活动性视频游戏与身体健康促进相关研究进展

摘要
活动性视频游戏借助人机交互、运动捕捉、虚拟现实等高技术,集运动性、娱乐性、交流性等特征于一体,吸引各年龄层次人群操作,其低成本和方便性允许在多种环境下开展。近十年来,国际学者对活动性视频游戏与身体健康促进的关系展开了多方面的研究,本文借助文献计量和主题聚类法,发现该领域四大方面的研究主题,即活动性视频游戏对身体活动的影响、对能量消耗和身体成分的影响、作为病患康复手段的效果以及对老年人运动能力的影响。研究成果的梳理对于在该领域处于起步阶段的我国学者具有一定的参考价值。
