耳穴疗法在皮肤病中的应用概况

摘要
目的:分析耳穴疗法治疗皮肤科疾病的概况。方法:计算机检索中国知网数据库,纳入国内已发表的有关耳穴疗法治疗皮肤科疾病的文献,检索时间截止至2016年12月31日。对符合纳入标准的研究的一般情况进行统计分析。结果:共纳入538篇研究,耳穴应用较广的皮肤病主要有:痤疮、黄褐斑、麦粒肿、荨麻疹、扁平疣、银屑病、带状疱疹、神经性皮炎;治疗方法频次统计依次为:按压法、刺血疗法、针刺法、割治法;治疗方法应用最广泛的主要为按压法,但治疗麦粒肿最常用的为刺血法,而治疗银屑病最常用的为割治法。结论:耳穴疗法在皮肤科疾病中应用广泛,今后应该着眼于不同耳穴疗法优势病种的研究,以及不同疾病各种耳穴疗法单独或综合使用的最优方案的研究。
Objective: To summarize the using of auricular therapy for dermatosis. Methods: We searched CNKI databases for studies of Auricular therapy that involved for Auricular therapy for Dermatosis up to December 31 stin 2016. And Quantitative analysis was done by applying excel 2010. Results: 538 papers were included. The results showed that the auricular therapies are used most frequently in Acne, chloasma, hordeolum,urticaria, flat warts, herpes zoster disease, psoriasis, neurodermatitis. And the therapies chosen by the clinical studies in the frequency order were Auricular acupressure, Auricular pricking blood, Auricular acupuncture, Acupoint cutting therapy. Auricular acupressure therapy was most commonly used in in most diseases, while in treating hordeolum was Auricular pricking blood therapy and Acupoint cutting therapy in treating psoriasis. Conclusion: Auricular therapy are widely used in treating Dermatosis. The studies should be focused on dominant disease for different Auricular therapy and optimal therapy for different disease in future.
